Note: This Policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of our customers under separate contracts (e.g., project files or documents you upload to a client portal). In those cases, the applicable agreement controls.

If you have a separate written agreement with Tru-Bilt (e.g., construction contract), its privacy provisions may supplement or supersede parts of this Policy where expressly stated.
