AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Tru-Bilt Farm & Commercial Building Company, LLC (“Tru-Bilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.webuildtru.com/ & https://www.tru-bilt.co websites as well as any other media form, channel, mobile website, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected to it (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SITE CONTENT AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
13. Limitation of Liability
